The Path of the Photographer

JulieAs you start getting different details nailed down for your wedding day, it can be very tempting to skimp on the photography. The digital age has vastly increased the number of "amateur" photographers in the world today, and that probably includes someone you know. Some brides forgo hiring a proven professional, and go with a beginner. While the temporary relief of the lower cost comes first, the lackluster result is the lasting impression.

More Reviews for Philip Michael Photography

Christina
Michael did the most amazing job shooting our Wedding. He hands down made the wedding pictures magical! He really captured the day and I loved is that I felt like they genuinely cared about our day and what was best for us. I would 100% recommend Mike to all my friends and family. - Chloe, married in May, 2012

Michael did a fabulous job! Our photos turned out great and he had them ready in less than two weeks. Michael is great to work with and I would recommend him to any bride. - Christina, married in January, 2013

Michael was easy to work with and his casual personality made it enjoyable to have him as part of our wedding day. I appreciated his flexibility and willingness to try ideas I had for photos. Our wedding was in a large church with no windows that didn't allow the use of a flash during the ceremony. Tough environment but the photos looked great!  - Shawnda, married in December, 2011

There’s so much to remember!” I nodded my head in complete agreement, as I was racking my brain for anything that we forgot to discuss at the meeting we were finishing up. I don’t know why anyone would want to have to deal with everything under the sun for their wedding, but that’s just me. :)

There are Pictures... then there's Photography

Cook Wedding You can hire someone to take pictures at your wedding, or you can have an artist memorialize it! When I snap photographs, I'm not just trying to get a picture... I'm capturing a moment! I've spent years experimenting, studying, and apprenticing the art of photography to learn the secrets of those indescribable features that distinguish fantastic photos from pictures that are just okay.

When I say "Capture Your Moment", I don't mean I just want to take pictures of it for you. I want to create artful, unique photographs that will bring you back to the emotion of your once-in-a-lifetime moment. That's the difference you'll cherish forever!
